Marinated heart of palm, white mushroom and broccoli florets tossed with tomato and red onion in a cilantro dressing

Served with black bean dip, zesty cabbage salad and cilantro sour cream  

Fried Yucca “Yucca Frita”  $5
Served with garlic sauce, zesty cabbage salad and a cilantro sour cream  

Quesadilla  $6
Melted jack and cheddar cheese in a large flour tortilla, served with cilantro lime cream, zesty pico de gallo and guacamole over a bed of mixed greens

Hot Tequila Wings  $8
Chicken wings marinated with soy sauce, cilantro and lime juice, tossed with a spicy buffalo sauce and flambéed with tequila. Served with ranch or blue cheese dressing

Ensalada de Havana  $8              
Mixed greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. Served with tomato, julienned mango and garnished with candied pecans

Tender baby spinach tossed in a blue cheese dressing. Garnished with Fuji apples and roasted beet

Fresh California greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and roasted beet, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette and topped with candied pecans  

Tortilla Salad $7                             
Heart of Romaine tossed in ranch dressing, topped with pico de gallo, fresh cheese, guacamole and served in a flour tortilla shell 


Main Lunch Courses

Portobello Mushroom (vegetarian) $11
Marinated in citrus and balsamic vinegar
Topped with sautéed spinach and served over creamy polenta.  Garnished with roasted tomato, feta cheese, and pesto vinaigrette 

Carne Asada Plate   $12            
Skirt steak marinated in lemon, garlic and oregano Grilled and served with pico de gallo, cilantro rice and black beans. 

300 Cal. Grilled Chicken Plate   $12
A whole chicken breast marinated with citrus and rosemary, grilled and topped with lemon rosemary sauce. Served with oven roasted potatoes and sautéed spinach  

Chicken or Steak Fajitas   $12             
Chicken or steak (on Fridays, Tilapia with tomatillo sauce also an option) sautéed with garlic, onion, red and    green bell pepper and tomato. Served with black beans, Spanish rice and tortillas

Salmon a la Plancha   $12
Salmon fillet cooked on the flat grill and topped with tropical fruit salsa. Served with cilantro rice and whole black beans.
